Officially out February 12th, FEELINGS is about my own journey of healing and how learning to feel my feelings, accept the pain and welcome all the discomfort, ended up, ironically, bringing me so much freedom.

Our culture isn't taught to embrace our emotions. We are encouraged to avoid, dismiss, ignore and deny them...ultimately exacerbating the problem and creating more mental illness. FEELINGS is not just a song for me, but what I believe I am called to...As an artist, as a human, I believe my purpose in this life is to FEEL...and to help enable others to feel - whether it's through one of my songs, or one of my podcasts, workshops, coaching sessions, or just simple conversation. The complete array of human emotion doesn't need to be something we fear, but rather, I believe, these emotions are meant to enrich our lives, inviting us to deeper intimacy and connection. I hope you enjoy this song. The music video is particularly special to me...and will be out soon.
