Just Dance

Hello, Dear One.

So glad you are here.

Today's creativity prompt is short and sweet -

Move. Your. Body.

...to the music, of course!

Put on your favorite dancing song (or two or three) and just let loose and dance in your room.

I don't care if dancing isn't your main form of creative expression. And it doesn't matter if you don't feel good at it.

We were all made to dance!

And dancing has been proven to improve brain function, lift your mood and ease anxiety - somethings I think all of us can benefit from during this time.

Apparently, just ten minutes of dancing, (2-3 songs) is enough to feel the goodness and reap the benefits...so...what are you waiting for?!
